Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refund for guest cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start. No refund for guest cancellations received less than 48 hours before the start.

Guest cancellations
- 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour start: a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled tour.
- Less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start: no refund for a guest cancellation.
The cutoff is calculated from the tour start time in your written booking confirmation, using Indian Standard Time (IST, UTC+05:30). Exactly 48 hours before the start qualifies for a full refund.
How to cancel
Send your cancellation request on WhatsApp to +91 82090 57020 or email info@officialsafarijawai.com. Include your booking reference, name and tour date. The time your request is received determines whether it meets the cutoff; keep a copy of your message.
Refund requests
Contact our team to confirm receipt of your request and obtain the refund amount, method and expected processing time. Do not send card numbers, passwords or one-time codes. A full refund under the 48-hour rule means the full amount paid for the cancelled tour.
Changes or cancellation by the operator
The no-refund rule above applies to guest cancellations. It does not determine your entitlement if Jawai Safari cancels the tour or cannot provide the agreed service. Contact the team for the arrangements applicable to your booking. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by applicable law.
Scope and existing bookings
This policy applies to direct tour bookings with Jawai Safari. Separately booked accommodation or transport may have its own conditions. For bookings confirmed before this policy took effect, refer to the cancellation conditions agreed when booking; this update does not retrospectively remove agreed rights.
